La Zenia Holistic Therapy Centre is hosting its first Flower Essence Workshop near Portreath Redruth. The Flower Essence Workshop will be led by Lesley Oates Cert Ed BFVEA ( British Flower and Vibritional Essences Association). Lesley is a practising Flower Essence Consultant who runs her own training Courses accredited with BFVEA.

What is involved in the Flower Essence Workshop?

Learn to Dowse ( make your Bach Essence selection using a pendulum).

Select a Bach Essence combination to rebalance your emotional inner self.

Make your own unique Flower Essence from flowers or trees and herbs in the Cornish Countryside: Connect with your flower essence and find out its personal qualities and uses.

The workshop will run in excess of 5 hours ( 10.00am - 4.00pm ) and will encompass Not just the preparation of the essences themselves but also evaluation of the unique qualities of the individual Bach flower essences and meditation on those essences individually created by you.

Flower Essence Therapy resonates with emotional  problems that manifest in feelings such as stress, unhappiness and fatigue. Attending the flower essence workshop will help you to gain confidence in selecting flower essences to support yourself through life's changes. Bach Flower Essences are available nationally and the course will help you choose the right one for yourself.

The course will run from 10.00 am  to 4.00 pm.
