Police are hunting for a teenage gang who left a man with facial injuries after an unprovoked attack in Plymouth. The victim was walking home alone from the Masonic Inn at Stoke at 11pm on Friday. When he reached Packington Street, the 36-year-old was set upon by a group of seven men, one of whom punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground. He was surrounded and kicked repeatedly in the face and body, causing cuts and bruises which required hospital treatment. Police say the attackers were all aged 17 and 18 and have asked anyone with information to call them.
