GO TO Smuggler's Cottage near Tolverne on Sunday at 4pm until late, for a wonderful evening of food and fun.
It will be hosted by celebrity chef Thom Hunt, pictured, from Channel 4's Hugh's Three Hungry Boys.

Thom will be cooking up a medley of al fresco feasts, including freshly caught smoked fish from the River Fal, plus other delicious local meats seasoned with foraged herbs. All food will be cooked on the large barbecue using Tregothnan's sustainable British charcoal. An unlimited salad bar will be available, along with a huge choice of drinks at the fully licensed bar in the cottage – £12 adults, £8 children.
On Sunday, July 8 at 2pm there's a fundraising fun day for all the family. The event will include a delicious barbecue thanks to Kernow Sausage Company, plus free entertainment with music and bouncy castles.
