What is Grace?
GRACE. Interesting word but what does it mean?
If you type 'grace' into a search engine you are faced with a few meanings.
The one I want to look at is the meaning "courteous goodwill". Click to see what courtesy means and you get "the showing of politeness in one's attitude and behaviour towards others".
What would it mean if we as humans were to show grace to all?

Over the last few days, a few things have really wound me up, such as a theological standpoint and a petty issue over spelling and grammar.
It made me think it's easy to show grace to people, who you don't have a difference or issue with, than folks you do.
But grace is not about that. It is about showing people courteous good will. It's about being polite, kind, and thoughtful to all.
Grace is not about us all believing and agreeing the same thing. It's more about us respecting and celebrating the differences.
If governmental systems worked out of grace it becomes more about the issues, and needs of this country rather than personal attack.
I believe the ultimate act of grace was what Jesus Christ achieved on the cross.
He lived, died and rose again enabling all to have a right relationship with God, salvation or being saved.
Jesus did not just go through all that just for a certain culture or grouping. It was for all. If Jesus showed grace to all then shouldn't we?
