SUSTAINABILITY awards in Cornwall are now accepting candidates for the seventh annual competition.

Businesses with procedures that show a respect for the environment can apply to enter the Cornwall Sustainability Awards 2010.

The six categories are best-managed company (small, medium and large); low carbon business, sponsored by Environmental Skills Network; resource management, sponsored by Groundwork Trust; and products and services, sponsored by Oxford Innovation; best individual, sponsored by the Energy and Environment Group; sustainable construction, sponsored by the European Social Fund Construction Sector Group; and overall winner, sponsored by Business Link and chosen from the other category winners.
