Growth now possible in our new base
Being based at PIC will allow PSG Cornwall to expand faster than it would otherwise have been able to, according to its managing partner.
The business, which was set up in 2004, provides conveyancing searches for solicitors and energy performance certificates for estate agents as well as working with architects and developers.

It used to provide Home Information Packs, prior to them being abolished earlier this year.
As a result, PSG Cornwall had to make a small number of staff redundant and to refocus the business.
It is now back on an even keel, with a staff of six.
Having taken one of the biggest units at PIC, managing partner Simon Gill is keen to see the business expand.
The business is working with Grow Cornwall and Oxford Innovation on plans to achieve this growth which Mr Gill said should see it recruit an additional four members of staff.
Prior to moving into PIC, a speed test was carried out on its Internet links, which were found to be ten times faster than at its previous base, at the Cardew Business Park, in Redruth.
This will allow the business to work a lot more efficiently, said Mr Gill.
"We are uploading and downloading a lot of information – being here will make us more efficient, leaner and where we need to be in terms of an era of lower margins," he said.
"We deal with a lot of small businesses and I do a lot of networking. I know there are a lot of people working from home because there's nowhere for them to go.
"If we had something like the Formation Zone or one of the small units at the beginning, I think we would have grown quicker.
"I think that's what PIC will provide for this area – I think people will move here from the rest of the county."
