Guests raise thousands for cancer charity at Falmouth ball
OVER £8,000 was raised at a charity ball in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care.
The money raised at the Holly Ball in Falmouth will fund 400 hours of nursing care in Cornwall.
The 191 guests attended the event at the Merchants Manor just before Christmas.
Guests enjoyed dancing under the Christmas lights to Neon Luv Chicken and playing the casino tables.

They also enjoyed as a chance to win at the mega tombola, sang carols at midnight before hearing the announcement of the luxury raffle prizes.
The Holly Ball was organised by the Marie Curie Falmouth fundraising group.
A spokesman said: “Members have worked tirelessly throughout the year gathering prizes and support for this annual event and would like to thank all individuals and businesses who have generously donated prizes.”
This year’s Holly Ball will be held on December 19 at the Merchants Manor.
