Motorist denies charge
A MOTORIST who allegedly failed to provide a specimen of urine for police testing at Hayle on August 30 pleaded not guilty when he appeared before Truro magistrates.
The case against Steven Malinoff, 50, of Penmare Court, Hayle, was adjourned for trial until November 12.
