Hayle Surf Life Saving Club enjoy traditional festive swim
Members of Hayle Surf Life Saving Club braved the cold for their annual Christmas day swim.
They were joined by friends and family at Hayle Beach to take part in the tradition which is enjoyed by their sister clubs in Australia- without the chilling temperature.
Six-year-old Ella Parker was the youngest swimmer to take part and said it was a brilliant experience.
She added: “It was cool, but very cold when a wave crashed over my head.”
