Hospice among good causes to receive Rotary golf day money
A CHARITY golf competition staged by the Helston-Lizard Rotary Club at Mullion Golf Club has raised £2,000 for local charities.
The lead charity, Children`s Hospice South West (Little Harbour), has received £1,000 and the remainder will be distributed to other local needy causes.

Rotarians Edwin Lawrance, Laurence Osborne (club president), Hjalmar Wara and Paul Knight with Little Harbour community fundraiser Judy Pride.
The competition was organised by club member Rotarian Hjalmer Wara.
More than 80 keen competitors gave their time and contributed to the total money raised.
