This is Cornwall

Pirates took over Wadebridge Primary School when they enjoyed a visit from Cornish author Jack Trelawny. He is a children's fiction writer who has written a series of six books in the Kernowland series set in an imaginary Cornwall. He talked to the children about his writing and signed copies of his books. Teacher Jeremy Northcott said: "There's nothing like adventure to get children reading. The children loved Jack Trelawny and his Cornish tales." Pictured is teaching assistant Mrs Lyn Hughes with Year 3 pirates.
