Improvements to port wall will close West Looe road
A 15-week project to strengthen a retaining wall in a Cornish port has got underway. North Road in West Looe will be closed while the work on the wall behind Riverside United Church takes place. The road will be closed to through traffic until April 26, although access is being maintained for residents and pedestrians. Cormac Solutions is carrying out the work which includes underpinning the foundations and drilling steel reinforcing bars through the wall and under the road.
