Neil Whitham, founder and organiser of the St Ives Business to Business show, said: "We're really excited about the event and the response from the exhibitors and speakers has been tremendous.
"As organisers, we are delighted to have allocated every exhibitor space we have available and we are very pleased to be able to present an excellent line-up for our visitors.
"We'll be showcasing some instantly recognisable companies, as well as many St Ives-based organisations, but the key thing they have in common is the benefits they will bring to our visitors.
"We wanted to offer something back to every business owner in the area.
"We have had some difficult trading years recently but are hopefully now beginning to emerge into a more positive period. We want to be able to stimulate growth and security to all businesses by providing them with useful information and business contacts.
"The St Ives Business Fair, the first of its kind in west Cornwall, can be a catalyst for this."
The fair is free to attend and there will be a programme of support seminars and networking opportunities.
Pre-registration for tickets is optional but pre-registered visitors will receive priority for the free seminars at the event. And pre-ordered tickets collected on the day will also be entered into a prize draw.
