Johnson touts his fledgling Glovers as potential stars for the Championship
Gary Johnson admits npower Championship clubs may be tempted to prize away Yeovil Town's better players but said he only expects to add quality to the squad this month.
The Glovers head to London next week for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy area semi-final with Leyton Orient, seven days after beating Russell Slade's men 3-0 in League One at Huish Park.
The victory earned by Paddy Madden's brace and James Hayter's single strike took Yeovil to ninth in the table and three points away from their target of the play-off spots.
Defeating Orient capped a fine Christmas period for Johnson's men, with a Boxing Day loss at AFC Bournemouth proving the only disappointment.

The boss said he would be monitoring Yeovil's star performers if he was still managing in the second tier of English football but said the club were yet to receive any enquiries during the current transfer window which re-opened on Tuesday.
Johnson said: "It will be good but they won't get a lot from me unless it's millions and that might not be enough. We have got some good players and if I was a Championship manager, knowing the Championship, I would certainly be interested in two or three of them.
"Whilst our players are enjoying it, whilst we are climbing nearer to the play-offs and after saying we wanted to be in the top ten on New Year's Day we just need to push on.
"The business comes as you go along but certainly I have had no offers and no enquiries just yet, which is great."
Yeovil moved quickly this week to seal a deal for young Irish midfielder Kevin Dawson, with the former Shelbourne man signing at the earliest possible opportunity. Madden also completed a permanent switch from Carlisle United.
Johnson suggested further permanent signings could be on the cards. At the end of last year he signalled his intent to negotiate returns for loan stars Joe Edwards and Korey Smith, but both players started 2013 on the substitutes' bench for respective clubs Bristol City and Norwich City.
On the prospect of further transfer activity, Johnson said: "They can be signings now, or emergency loans, or season-long loans. There will be a couple of additions, we need to add to the squad and there is nothing I can actually say right now.
"Kevin Dawson's transfer has come through and he is obviously one of us, which is great. He will be joining us at Leyton Orient on Tuesday. We are pleased that he has come and we have got a few others we are waiting on.
"Not all of them will happen but certainly a couple will happen really quickly."
Keanu Marsh-Brown is likely to be among a handful of players leaving Huish Park this month after being dropped from squads to face Portsmouth and Orient.
Johnson said: "There are a couple of lads we have got to talk to. We think one is on his way anyway in Keanu. We spoke about that and there will be one or two others. But I need a little bit of time to chat with them to make sure we are not leaving them in the lurch and we can help them out."
