Jury trial
IAN HAWORTH, 39, of Lodenek Avenue, Padstow, charged with stealing a cash bag containing £5,010 from Boots, Wadebridge, on August 23, has been remanded in custody until October 13 by magistrates for committal to Truro Crown Court.
Haworth elected jury trial on August 24.
He appeared before Bodmin magistrates on September 29 by video link from prison.
