Kayaker rescued by lifeboat off Cornish coast
A kayaker had to be rescued by lifeboat crews after getting into difficulty off the Newquay coast this morning.
One of Newquay’s inshore lifeboats was called to the rescue at 8.14am following reports a kayaker was in distress off Mawgan Porth beach.

The kayaker was located and rescued before being brought back to Newquay Harbour by lifeboat crews.
