Kite festival under threat
An annual kite festival in Exmouth is unable to take place this year because of building works. Malcolm Pressey, chairman of the Rotary Club of Exmouth and district kite festival committee, said: "The main problem is that East Devon District Council is due to start soon on major essential works to rectify pollution problems that exist on the Imperial Recreation Ground."
