Lee and friends cover Camel Trail for homeless people.
BODMIN charity champion Lee Hoskin has given his time and effort to another good cause and along with friends and family has raised £1,108 for the St Petroc's Society.
Mr Hoskin, the head gardener at the Glynn Valley Crematorium, last year ran the London Marathon for the Leonard Cheshire disability charity and, in a separate event, also helped raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Together with family members and colleagues from Bodmin Roadrunners, he completed a run, walk and cycle just before Christmas along the Camel Trail from Bodmin Jail to Wadebridge and back – dressed in a pink tutu.
Mr Hoskin had approached the society for homeless people asking if he could do a fundraising event for them, and advertised it on social networking website Facebook where he received an excellent response.

Loz Hosking and Anne Hicks saw the event on Facebook and collected Morrison's supermarket vouchers to the value of £145 which they exchanged for food for the homeless.
The Camel Trail fundraiser proved so successful, it is now going to be an annual event in December.
Jackie Davis, fundraising co-ordinator for St Petroc's, said: "The atmosphere and camaraderie from each and every person involved was exhilarating, and on behalf of the society and the homeless of Cornwall, we send our gratitude and thanks to Lee and all these wonderful people."
