YOUNGSTERS at St Francis School, Falmouth, now have the latest and best modern technology to help their learning.

The school has celebrated the opening of its new computer suite, funded by the Belling Charitable Trust.

Trustees of the Belling Foundation, including Richard Belling and Keith Wright from Stephens Scown solicitors, officially opened the suite.

Previously pupils had to share 15 computers during sessions, but the new facility has 30 computers with all accessories.

Head teacher Claire Fortey said: "We are extremely grateful to the Belling Foundation for sponsoring this project, as it is going to make such a difference to the teaching and learning of ICT at St Francis.

"Our children absolutely love ICT and with a wonderful facility such as this I am sure their ability and enjoyment is going to soar even higher."
