Love was in the Air @ St George's AH-cade!
Friends of Know Thy Self gathered in the heart of Falmouth town centre, at midday last Thursday, to synchronise with a global event, in celebration of the 11th World Sound Healing Day.
A group-sounding of the sacred vowel, "AH" (for the heart chakra), lasted for approximately five minutes, emitting a 'Sonic Valentine' to the Earth, for Love, Peace, Harmony & Unity.
Passers-by were treated to balloons, chocolates, and flowers (courtesy of a generous volunteer, from the British Heart Foundation shop, down the street!), as well as the en-masse demonstraton of loving intent, from the conscious-raising choir!
Some had travelled across Cornwall - even from as far afield as Plymouth to take part, and all were invited to attend a free Sacred Sound workshop afterwards, at Know Thy Self: 'The Merry Meeting Place that's Welcoming Our New Earth, the Old Ways!'
