THE Magpies are fast running out of matches in their quest for Premier Division survival after crashing to their 21st defeat of the season on Saturday.
Fellow basement strugglers Cullompton came into the game missing seven regular players and having failed to register a home victory so far this season. But the Devonians ran out deserved winners at Speeds Meadow thanks to doubles from Ryan Leverton and Sam Kemp, who bagged all four goals inside the opening 33 minutes.

To their credit the visitors improved dramatically in the second half and pulled a goal back through Harry Corin just after the break, but Cullompton held on to secure only their fifth league victory of the campaign.
The Magpies meanwhile remain eight points adrift of safety ahead of Saturday's tough home game with fifth placed Tavistock (3pm).
SWPL DIVISION ONE WEST
HAYLE must be sick of the sight of Porthleven this season after slipping to their third defeat at the hands of Dennis Annear's men on Saturday.
In the sides' corresponding fixture in October, Porthleven ran out 3-0 winners at Trevassack Park. And in November Hayle were beaten 3-2 at Gala Parc in the first round of the Charity Cup.
On Saturday Port completed the treble over Anthony Reynolds' men thanks to Jordan Annear's first half winner.
There was certainly an element of good fortune this time around, as Annear's 15th minute strike took a deflection on its way into the net.
Port's Ben Gadson had already gone close to scoring for his new club, and the hosts add chances to add to their lead.
Freddie Williams and Tom Annear came close to scoring, while at the other end Port keeper Bryan Scoffin denied Justin Searle and Frazer Cadman.
Porthleven had opportunities to double their lead, but Annear's first half strike proved enough.
Godolphin Atlantic continue to go from strength to strength in their bid to land their first ever Peninsula League title after thrashing third bottom Mousehole 8-0 on Saturday.
With second-placed Helston not in action, Derek Martin's men extended their lead to ten points.
The G-Men led 4-0 at the break thanks to goals from Tim Peacock, Jake Hartigan, Ollie Pinnell and Kyle Brown.
The Seagulls missed a penalty, before Aaron Dilley claimed a hat-trick, with Richard Griffin completing the rout.
