A 42-year-old man has died after falling from a cliff top in Cornwall. Emergency crews were called to Shorthorn beach at at Carlyon Bay on Sunday. Police said the man had been walking with a friend along the cliff top between 5.30pm and 6.30pm. It is understood that the friend went back to their vehicle and when he returned found the other man's jacket at the top of the cliff. The dead man, from St Austell, has not yet been named.
