Man bought painting with fraudulent card
A painting was bought from an art gallery in Torquay by a man using a fraudulent credit card, police have said. The man, who spoke with a Liverpool accent, collected the painting valued at almost £6,000 from a gallery on October 26. However, afterwards it was realised that the payment method was not valid. The man was described as being in his late 20s to early 30s and of slim build. He had short dark hair and wore a navy blue brimmed hat, large white waterproof coat with black sleeves. The painting in question is of the Moulin Rouge in Paris.
