WARREN BRENNAN, 39, of Walton, Liverpool, was due to appear before magistrates by video link from custody on Wednesday (January 2) after pleading not guilty to theft of food valued at £204.94 from Morrisons, Newquay, on December 19, and on December 21, assaulting Sergeant Sayers and handling stolen bank cards, driving licences, a Tesco Clubcard, a Ripcurl wallet and a £20 banknote. Brennan was remanded in custody on Christmas Eve.
