Man killed in six vehicle A30 collision near Bodmin is named as 63-year-old from Truro
A man killed in a six vehicle collision on the A30 on Sunday has been named.
Michael Gregson, 63, from the Truro area, was involved in the multiple collision on both carriageways near Bolventor, a few miles east of Bodmin, shortly after midday.
He was one of three vehicles which collided on the eastbound carriageway and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two occupants of another vehicle travelling eastbound were taken by air ambulance to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth but the extent of their injuries was not known at the time.

Another three vehicles collided on the westbound carriageway but there were no injuries as a result.
The eastbound carriageway was closed for sometime following the incident while officers from the Serious Collisions Investigation Unit carried out investigations at the scene.
No-one was arrested in connection with the collision.
