AFC Totton 2 Truro City 3
A 90th minute goal by Matt Andrew – his first for the club – gave City a dramatic victory at Totton as they maintained their unbeaten away Calor League premier division record on Tuesday evening.
It had had all looked so good for City as they cruised into a 2-0 half time lead, with goals from Jared Sims and strike partner Les Afful after dominating the opening 45 minutes.
But after the interval, the Hampshire side stormed back to level the scores wth 20 minutes left and leave the visitors shell shocked before they regained their composure.

And the game looked to be heading for a draw when substitute Seb Broomfield flicked on a long ball into the path of Andrew and the former Bideford midfielder kept his cool to beat home keeper Joe McCormack and clinch a precious three points.
City boss Steve Massey made two changes from the side that drew 1-1 at home to Hitchin Town on Saturday with Neil Slateford getting his first start in midfield and Jared Sims recalled after three games out of the side. Paul Quinn was unavailable and Olly Brokenshire dropped to the bench.
In the first half, City were excellent, playing some great football and went ahead after 29 minutes when Sims headed home a corner from close range, with a delightful finish from Afful soon making it 2-0.
But in the second half City looked a completely different side, with Luke Roberts pulling a goal back after 63 minutes and seven minutes later an unstoppable free-kick from substitute Ryan Hill made it 2-2.
However, City refused to crumble and dug deep before Andrew’s last gasp goal made for a happy trip back to Cornwall.
City are next in action at third-placed Chesham United on Saturday.
