Member of rail staff allegedly assaulted in lostwithiel
THE BRITISH Transport Police are appealing for witnesses following an alleged assault on a member of rail staff in Lostwithiel.
Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident on Wednesday, December 5.

PC Steve Campbell, investigating officer, said: "Following a ticket dispute on First Great Western's 7.16pm Penzance to Plymouth service, a male passenger is alleged to have assaulted a member of staff on board the train.
"The incident happened as the train arrived at Lostwithiel railway station at around 8.25pm.

"Enquiries are on-going to identify the man responsible and I am now issuing a CCTV image and appealing for anyone who can identify the man in this photograph as I believe he will have key information which can assist the investigation."
Police are also looking for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
