Men in court over £1.3m bank fraud
A Westcountry man has appeared before court charged for his suspected part in a £1.3 million bank cyber fraud. Tony Colston-Hayter, 47, from Ilminster and Darius Bolder, 34, are alleged to have set up a sophisticated system to siphon off cash from accounts using a planted keyboard video mouse. Both men did not enter pleas at Westminster Magistrates' Court. They were remanded in custody until their next appearance, at Southwark Crown Court next month.
