VIDEO: Traffic cone among rubbish found beside beach litter plea graffiti
A BEACH in South East Cornwall is covered in rubbish - next to a message to litterbugs scrawled on the rocks.
This afternoon the stretch between Freathy and Whitsand Bay was strewn with plastic bags and containers, pieces of rope, sticks and twigs, traffic cones, shoes, pipes and other debris.
A message has been written on the rocks in what appeared to be white paint, urging people to 'TAKE UR LITTER HOME'.
It is thought the graffiti was left there several years ago - but now debris and litter has built up beside it.

One passerby, who did not want to be named, told The Herald: "I have been here lots before and I've never seen as much rubbish as this. It must have been washed up by all the storms."
