Motorist fined £110
DAVID HAYWARD, 43, of the caravan to the rear of Moorhead, St Clether, Launceston, appeared before Bodmin magistrates on Tuesday, October 15, when he pleaded guilty to driving between Altarnun and Davidstow on September 17 with 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35mcg.
He was fined £110 with £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 20 months, to be reduced by 20 weeks if he completes a drink-drive rehabilitation course.
