THE INTERNATIONALLY renowned collective of UK and German artists Gob Squad will be visiting The Performance Centre at University College Falmouth, Penryn, on Thursday, February 16.

They will be lifting the lid on 18 years of methods and motivations behind their participatory work, with a performance lecture We Are Gob Squad And So Are You as well as a screening of their latest video work Live Long And Prosper.

What makes a Gob Squad project exhilarating is the possibility that an audience member may be cast as heroine or villain, and become an intrinsic part of their performance. Audiences can expect the unexpected with sharp wit and culturally motivated ideas, and prepare for an evening where multimedia, art and performance come together.

The event takes place at 7.30pm in the Performance Centre, Tremough Campus, Studio A. Tickets are £10/ £7.50 concs from www.theperformancecentre.org / 01326 255885.
