New associate partners at Follett Stock
LONG serving employees at Follet Stock, a Truro-based legal firm, have been promoted.
Richard Scrase and Sarah Dell, from the dispute resolution team, have become associate partners.

Richard joined the firm in 2002 from London and has built a reputation for himself for the work he undertakes for often vulnerable clients.
Richard specialises in Judicial Review and actions against public authorities and is currently involved in a multi-party action being pursued by up to 400 claimants arising from the way they were cared for at Budock Hospital and other homes run by the Cornwall Partnership Trust. Sarah joined the firm in 1999 and is a much respected and feisty litigator who has specialised in commercial and insolvency litigation.
