Persimmon Homes has been selected as the developer partner for the scheme and will start consulting local people on the plans for the scheme next year.
Richard Williams, Director of Infrastructure at Persimmon Homes, said: “This marks an important next step in creating high quality homes in the area and we’re excited to be involved in such an important project that will link with the Pool Innovation Centre and nearby Heartlands.”
