Newquay Amateur Operatic Society gets nostalgic
NEWQUAY'S Amateur Operatic Society donned bright coloured costumes and hair pieces when they performed a nostalgic production on Saturday.
Members took to the stage for their Good Old Days Revival show at St Newlyn East Village Hall.

Society president, Cath Balme, said it had been a huge success.
"We could have done with a few more people there but those who attended said they really appreciated it," she said.

The society will perform a two-night show - Back to the 40's - on April 12 and 13 at the Griffin Inn, Newquay.
It will include many old time favourite's, a sketch from Worker's Playtime and a VE Day street party.
