Night Runner, a 10km run around Truro city centre, will take place on Saturday February 23 at 10pm. The new event aims to raise funds for the charity.

Wild Futures' main UK project is The Monkey Sanctuary in Looe, Cornwall – a primate rescue and rehabilitation centre.  Currently, The Monkey Sanctuary is recovering from flooding as well as the tragic loss of Pepper, a baby capuchin who arrived at the Sanctuary in March 2012.

Katie Brydges, Events and Community Fundraiser at Wild Futures, said: "We have had a difficult couple of months at The Monkey Sanctuary and are now trying to pick ourselves back up after the damaging effects of November's storm.
