Open day for prospective agricultural students

A Westcountry agricultural college is hosting an informal information morning.

Duchy College Stoke Climsland will be holding the meeting on Saturday at its campus near Callington, Cornwall.

The event, between 10am and noon will give potential students of all ages the opportunity to visit the campus, take a tour of the facilities, meet staff and current students and find out more about the college's courses.

Duchy College offers full and part-time courses in agriculture, animal management, business, countryside, gamekeeping, horticulture, land-based engineering and construction plant, early year and playwork, forest school, equine, food manufacturing, outdoor pursuits, public services, sport and skills for life.

Buy one get one free on main courses and specials excludes fillet steaks. Equal prise meal or cheapest free

Terms: Mon-sat 12-2pm
Sun-Thur 6-9pm.
