Organisers say 2013 Newquay Fish Festival will be the best yet

THE 2013 Newquay Fish Festival will be the "biggest and best", organisers have declared.

Work has already begun planning the popular event, which sees hundreds descend on the town's harbour every year.

This year's festival will take place on September 6 to 8, with chief organiser Claire Evans promising a top line up of entertainment and celebrity chefs.

She said: "It's going to be bigger and better than ever. Nine months to go and counting."
