'Outstanding' award for Costa staff as they celebrate a year in business
THE team at Helston's Costa Coffee outlet have marked the franchise's first year in business.
Owner Simon Wright, who grew up in Cornwall and was keen to open his first franchise in Helston, praised manager Chris Ring and his staff for "a great job of offering great coffee with a local touch".

The team were given an award for outstanding customer service at a recent company conference and Mr Ring, who has worked in the industry locally for two decades, said: "I was so proud of my team in making this the best franchised Costa store in the country and we would like to thank all our customers for their support and feedback which led to us winning this Heart Beat award."
