PICTURES: Falmouth's Trident Challenge is big hit
Swimmers braved the cold sea at Falmouth for this year’s Trident Challenge.
Dozens of enthusiasts set about the gruelling 800m triangular course off Gyllingvase Beach yesterday at 6pm.
Now in its eighth year, the event is organised by Firefighters at the Falmouth station.
Swimmers pay £5 to enter and all the money raised is then donated to Cancer Research, Gylly Surf lifesaving club and the Fire Fighters Charity.
