Pair charged with intent to danger life
Two men have been jointly charged with arson with intent to endanger life following a house fire in Cornwall last year.
Julian Ward, 42, and Nathan Sully, 24, both from Redruth, are due to appear at Truro Magistrates' Court on November 1.
The charges follow a blaze at an occupied house on Penventon Terrace, Redruth, on October 22 last year.
No-one was injured, but thousands of pounds of damage was caused.
