Zoe added this victory to her European Thai boxing title, Southern Area Thai title, kickboxing area title and Commonwealth amateur title.
She also received the fighter of the night, awarded by trainer Ronnie James, for her fantastic performance.
Earlier, the evening had got under way with Pure Class students Sam Tidey and Tyler Briggs giving a demonstration bout of kickboxing.
The bout was sanctioned by the WKA and both children were presented with a certificate and medal.
Pure Class fighter Jack Savery then took on Tom Tonkin from Saxon Academy in Birmingham.
The two young fighters produced an extremely close fight which ended with a split decision in favour of Tom.
Next up for the host club was Gareth Morris, making his boxing debut against Bedford Eagles Team's Maceij Pawel.
It was a brilliant performance from Gareth, showing real heart and the judges scored it a draw.
Next to take to the ring was Pure Class fighter Travis Cody, appearing in his first semi-pro boxing fight against Max Lovell from the Bedford Eagles team, who recently won the WBC muaythai title.
Travis trained hard for this fight and both men traded some powerful combinations.
Travis used some great footwork and slipped some big punches as he eventually earned a draw in a very exciting and hard fight.
Sophie Tidey (Pure Class) was up against Lauren Garbett (Saxon Academy, Birmingham) for a kickboxing bout.
This fight was a big test for Sophie as her opponent had far more fights under her belt.
Sophie started off well but Lauren came back with a some fierce combos that had the Pure Class fighter in trouble.
After another four hit comb the referee sensibly intervened and stopped the fight.
Penzance's Rob Davies then took on John Small from Wales.
Rob landed some good right hands, uppercuts and combinations but lost on points in another split decision.
Dave Thomas (Pure Class) proved too strong for Chris White in a bout which saw both men make their boxing debuts, before Chris Williams (Pure Class) faced Jonny Cooper (Eagles, Bedford) for the BBA area title.
Chris used some great footwork and landed some nice uppercuts as he moved around the ring well, but unfortunately lost on points.
Jonny is now going for the BBA British title, leaving an opening for Chris to go for the vacant BBA English title.
Also on the night the club hosted a charity raffle for the Mercedes Curnow Foundation, which, along with money donated from ticket sales, raised £256. A cheque was presented on the night.
The show was a massive success with amazing local support and the trainers at Pure Class are very proud of all the fighters. The club would also like to thank everyone that helped out on the night to make it such a success.
