Penzance-band Flats and Sharps post Royal Albert Hall gig video
An up-and-coming bluegrass band from Penzance have posted footage online of their biggest gig to date - at the Royal Albert Hall last November.
Flats and Sharps performed at the London venue in front of 4,500 people as part of the BBC Youth Proms after winning a competition organised by Classic FM.
The band had qualified for the event after winning qualifiers in Truro and Birmingham.
Band member Josh Warner said words couldn't describe the experience.
He said: "It was flipping awesome, it was surreal.
"The biggest crowd we performed in front of before was about 1500 people."
The video shows the band, comprising Warner, Kirk Bowman, Mikey Ponsford and Liam Fitzharris, perform their full 13 minute set.
In it the four musicians share one microphone, the traditional way of performing bluegrass music.
Their latest album Proper Job is on sale now.
