Penzance man, Raibert Browne, charged with attempted murder in Mount Hawke
A PENZANCE man has been charged with attempted murder and possessing an offensive weapon following an alleged stabbing in Mount Hawke. Raibert Browne, 69, from Alexandra Road, appeared before Truro magistrates on new year's day accused of attempting to murder Robert Norrington on December 30 and of possessing a knife on Short Cross Road. He was remanded in custody for a hearing at Truro Crown Court on January 4.
