Phillip Pryor charged with shooting Rottweiler dog dead in Perranwell Station
A man has appeared in court charged with shooting a dog dead.
Phillip Pryor, 48, from Perranwell Station faced one charge of destroying a Rottweiler named Fizz and one count of causing unnecessary suffering to the animal.
The alleged offences took place on April 14 at Perranwell Station.
Mr Pryor pleaded not guilty to both charges at Truro Magistrates Court on Thursday.
