Pirate ship for a Princess appeal at St Francis School, Falmouth to hold fundraiser
The first fundraiser of the year towards a lasting memorial to a Falmouth schoolgirl is taking place next week.
The Pirate Ship for a Princess project aims to install a life sized play boat at St Francis School, where Chloe Edwards, who died last January of a rare form of cancer aged eight, was a pupil.
Tickets for the fundraising event at St Michael's Hotel on January 18 are now on sale, priced £15 - with £10 going straight to the appeal - and it is adults only.
As well as a buffet, there will be a magician and DJs Kris Kool and Ed Clarke, magician.
It will run from 7pm until midnight and bookings can be made by calling Samantha Banks at the hotel on 01326 312707 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
