Pistorius's brother also facing death charges
Olympic star Oscar Pistorius's older brother is facing charges over the death of a woman in a traffic accident. Carl Pistorius faces a charge of unlawful, negligent killing for a 2008 road death "in which a woman motorcyclist sadly lost her life," Kenneth Oldwage, the Pistorius family lawyer said. The charge of "culpable homicide" will be challenged in court, he said. Today Oscar Pistorius, charged with murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp must report to a police station and sign in as part of his bail conditions after he was freed last week.
