Plans for 90 homes at Treliever Road, Mabe set for approval
A decision on whether to allow a 90-home development at Mabe to go ahead will be made by Cornwall Council's strategic planning committee next week. Taylor Wimpey Exeter, Treliever Developments Ltd and Elstrad Ltd have applied to transform a piece of green field land off Treliever Road.
The scheme includes 60 open market and 30 affordable units from one-bed to four-bed properties.
Despite objections from 17 people and the parish council, the application is being recommended for approval.
However, this is subject to legal agreements for contributions towards further affordable housing, public open space and towards a pedestrian crossing as the Asda roundabout.
