Plymouth's Miss England Charlotte Holmes skydives for charity

A FORMER Face of Plymouth winner said her charity skydive was a "huge personal achievement".

Charlotte Holmes, Miss England 2012, took part in a charity skydive at the end of August to raise money for underprivileged children across the world.

Miss Holmes, from Torpoint, said the 13,000ft jump was actually quite enjoyable.

She said: "I was absolutely terrified in training and in the plane on the way up, but once I jumped out of the plane with my Red Devils Paratrooper Billy, I actually enjoyed it.
