Police anxious to find prisoner on licence
Police are trying to trace a man with drug convictions who has broken the terms of his licence and has been recalled to prison. Paul Price, 48, from Plymouth, is thought to be in Cornwall with members of the travelling community. Once Price is arrested he will be returned to prison until the end of his licence, at the end of July next year. He is 6ft tall, has straight brown hair, brown eyes and a Westcountry accent. He has two scars on the bridge of his nose, an eight-inch scar on his left arm and a deformed right hand with the ring finger on his left hand missing.
