Police investigate three fatal crashes in the Westcountry
Investigations are continuing into three separate crashes which claimed the lives of three men.
On Sunday, a 24-year-old man was killed when the car he was travelling in careered off the old A30 at Lewdown, near Okehampton, through a post and rail fence, before colliding with a tree.

The man, who has not been named, died at the scene. The driver of the green Citroen Saxo, a woman aged 21, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, where she is still being treated.
The crash occurred shortly before 4pm and the road was closed for several hours while specialist crash investigators examined the scene.

On Saturday afternoon, the emergency services dealt with another fatal accident, at the junction of the A390 and the B3269 near Lostwithiel, in Cornwall.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene at 2.15pm.
A 54-year-old motorcyclist, from Plymouth, died of his injuries in hospital, after a collision involving a burgundy- coloured Skoda.
Meanwhile, Avon and Somerset Police yesterday confirmed that a 26-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash at Westonzoyland, near Bridgwater, on Friday evening. Officers are appealing for witnesses following the fatal collision at the airfield at around 7.40pm.
